Postdoc Spotlight: Hugh Ellerman
Meet Hugh Ellerman, a postdoctoral researcher in the School of Natural Resources. Hugh recently received the 2026 Postdoctoral Excellence Award for his work on the ADAPT project, where he uses remote sensing technologies to study greenhouse gas dynamics in grazing systems and advance beef production across Nebraska.
Faculty Spotlight: David Lambe
Meet Dave Lambe, professor in the Department of Agronomy and Horticulture and the Engler Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Program. As he retires after 40 years at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, Dave leaves behind a legacy of innovative teaching, entrepreneurship and student mentorship that has helped shape generations of Huskers and launched countless successful businesses across Nebraska.
